Friction Stabilizer Split Set

Friction Stabilizer Set

Also known as friction rock stabilizer, the split bolt is a new type of anchor that fully anchors the rock and actively strengthens the surrounding rock, its three-dimensional part is a longitudinally slit high-strength steel pipe. These come in the following sizes; 33mm, 39mm, 42mm and 47mm. other technical details available on request.

In underground mines

Every kind of underground mine uses Split Set Friction rock stabilizers for ground support. Miners also use them to pin mesh, hang conveyors, hold pipes and cables, secure rails in place, and for other needs.

Self-Drilling Rock Bolt

Self-drilling anchor (SDA) combines drilling, insertion and grouting into one easy operation. It reduces project lead time and installation difficulty.

Low carbon content in steel increases its ductility, reduces its brittleness, and resists corrosion cracking and carbon embrittlement. This choice of material significantly reduces occurrences where rock bolt may snap or buckle during onsite installation.

As an effective means of anchoring, self-drilling anchor bolt can be widely used in advanced support, radial support, slope reinforcement, roadbed reinforcement and tunnel disease control.

  • Ball nut: it can transfer the stress of surround ding rock to the pad.
  • Arch plate: can bear greater stress of surrounding rock.
  • Check pulp plug: make the grouting maintain a certain pressure to fill the surrounding rock gap adequately.
  • Anchor bolt bar: the whole length of the international standard waveform connection thread, easy to install drill bit, coupling sleeve, fastening nut; and can be arbitrarily cut and connected to lengthen.
  • Bushing: so that the bolt can be lengthened to the design depth while drilling.
  • Broach: it has strong penetrating power, enabling the bolt to pass through all kinds of rocks.

Self-drilling bolt adopts good thick wall seamless steel pipe material, perfect and fast surface screw forming technology and well-made fittings, the function of drilling, grouting and anchoring has been realized.

  • They have a strong penetrating drill in front of the bolt, under the action of general drilling machinery, it can easily penetrate all kinds of rocks.
  • The bolt has a continuous international standard corrugated thread, which can be used as a drill pipe to complete the drilling of anchor hole.
  • The bolt body as the drill pipe does not need to be pulled out, and the cavity can be used as the grouting channel from inside to outside.

High efficiency grouting stopcock enables grouting pressure, fully fill the vold and fix the fractured rock mass, high strength washer and nuts can transfer the stress of deep surrounding rock evenly to surrounding rock, the purpose of mutual support between rock and anchor is achieved.

Resin Anchor Bolts Capsule

Resin anchor bolt capsules has the characteristics of fast curing, high bonding strength, reliable anchoring force, good durability and strong adaptability.

Resin Capsules has the characteristics of fast curing, high bonding strength, reliable anchoring force, good durability and strong adaptability. It is suitable for underground engineering and slope and steep wall anchor spray support, as well as mine shaft equipment installation and construction.

Component connection, equipment foundation anchoring, etc; especially suitable for highly mechanized rapid construction.

  • Drilling holes on a calibrated anchoring substrate
  • Remove dust from the net borehole and load an appropriate amount of anchoring agent
  • Use the mixing machine to drive the anchor steel bar and stir it to the bottom of the hole. The mixing time is 30+-5 seconds.

W-Steel Strip

W-Steel Strip is a new type of mine support material, w steel strip use coil steel plate of thickness 3-5mm and 180-320mm, after cold b ending into a W-shape, a steel strip with the same bolt hole distance as the bolt group is processed in the middle of the W steel strip. W-steel strip can be combined with various anchor rods, through it, multiple scattered anchors can be connected to form an integrated bearing structure. Improve the overall effect of the anchor, in the incomplete roof rock layer, the best effect on the treatment of unstable surround ding rock.

Rail and Rail Bolts

Track bolts are used to fasten rail ends together at a joint. The sizes of track bolts vary with the requirements of the section of rail. Resin Anchored Roof Bolts

Roof bolt assemblies for resin anchoring comprise the stud, nut, bearing plate washer and a selection of accessories and modifications which can be configured to suit particular installation and rock support requirements. Roof and Rock Bolts are manufactured from a special hot rolled deformed bar featuring a rib pattern that actively assists with mixing the chemical anchors during installation.

Corrosion protection can be provided by hot dip galvanizing or alternative coatings. Details on request

Welded Mesh

Welded mesh is made of high-quality low carbon steel wire. Welding mesh surface anti-corrosion is hot dipped galvanized, electric galvanized, PVC coated wire, plastic and plastic spraying, depending on client requirements. Through testing of wire strength and aperture size is carried out during all stages of manufacturing.

Welded mesh is extensively applied in gold and coal mine artificial roof, coal factory, construction, chemical industry, metallurgy and manufacturing.

The commonly used size of mesh is: 1m x 2m, 1m x 3m, 2m x 3m, 1.5m x 2.5, and can be customized according to customer’s.
